Nicholas "Nick" Puglisi graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from Iona College in 1983. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the States of New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, and a national recognized Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified in Financial Forensics. Nick has over 25 years of extensive and diverse public accounting experience, which encompasses in-depth tax planning, preparation and audit representation obtaining financing for client expansion, estate planning, forensic services and financial statements including entities publicly traded and IPO’s.

John Moore has completed studies in advanced accounting, graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Banking in 1980 and an MBA in 1985 from Louisiana State University; University of Bridgeport and the University of Connecticut. He is a nationally recognized Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the States of New York, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. John has over 25 years experience in public and private accounting for both private and public companies. He has extensive experience in financial management, taxation, systems development and business management.
